In the course of serving our customers, Pentester Technologies receives, stores and transmits data that may be private or sensitive.

Some of this data is provided to us by our customers in order that we may provide service. Examples of this data include your business name, telephone number and credit card information.

Other data is created and stored by Pentester Technologies as we configure and maintain customers' service. Examples of this data include your choice of service and logs of your account activity.

Pentester Technologies also uses cookies to track usage of our website in aggregate.

Pentester Technologies will protect the confidentiality of its customers' information, account information and personal communications in a manner consistent with United States law and the legitimate interests of Pentester Technologies, its partners, its employees and its other customers.

Pentester Technologies has appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of data that are collected from customers.

Pentester Technologies will not disclose its customers' personal and account data unless Pentester Technologies has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Pentester Technologies, Pentester Technologies' customers, or others, or where Pentester Technologies has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

Pentester Technologies also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Pentester Technologies stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Pentester Technologies will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:

• it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;

• it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Pentester Technologies and its customers;

• it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that Pentester Technologies determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and

• it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Pentester Technologies and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
